  • Fankit Fairy is your K-pop concert fairy godmother 🧚‍♀️—a concierge service that helps you prepare for your upcoming K-pop concerts! We assist with everything from lightstick orders and outfit ideas to travel planning and concert tips to ensure you are ready for your concerts!

  • If you ordered a package with physical items we ship everywhere within the United States. At this time, we cannot accomdate international shipping however that is something we hope to have in the future for everyone!

  • This depends on which package you ordered!

    From the day that you ordered the package:

    “Fairy Dust” package: 4-5 days

    “Magic Wings” package: 5-7 days

    “Slay Spell” package: 2-3 weeks

    “Bias Wrecker” package: this depends on the concerts that you are going to. Please contact us for more details.

    “Add-On” Items: 5-7 days

    Actual timing may vary depending on shipping and handling of physical items such as lightsticks and accessories. We advise you to order at least a month in advance for the “Slay Spell” package to ensure that the items arrive in time for your concert. We do our best to make sure all items get to you in time for the concert! If you would like to check if items will arrive in time for your concert before checking out, please email us at hello@fankitfairy.com.

    Especially for travel-heavy or sold-out shows we recommend 4–6 weeks before your concert date so we have time to give you the best experience!

    If you have a concert coming up pretty soon, please contact us before purchasing a package to check if we can accommodate!

  • The number of accessories that you’ll receive will be guaranteed to be 3 items, but the types of accessories might vary. Each package is personalized and customized for each fan and the specific concert they’re attending to best meet the needs of everyone!

  • Yes! We take your privacy seriously. Any personal info is only used to complete your request and is never shared. You’ll always approve anything before we buy or book.

  • Of course! That is an add-on that you can purchase under our “Shop” page called “Make it a Gift.” Please note that this add-on must be purchased with a physical package.

  • Absolutely! That’s what we’re here for. We’ll guide you on what to bring, how to prepare, fan etiquette, cheering guides, and more so you can slay the show confidently ✨.

  • No, we do not sell or resell concert tickets. But we can help you understand how ticketing works and give you tips to boost your chances during pre-sales if that is something you are interested in. We are not affliated with any K-pop groups or companies.

  • Yes, you can! The only add-on that must be purchased with a physical package is the “Make it a Gift” add-on. Shipping fees apply.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.

  • Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way!

📩 Digital Products

  • Digital files and guides are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

  • Make sure to double-check your email address when ordering!

🧚‍♀️ Sizing & Styling Info

  • For curated accessories, we’ll send a questionnaire form after checkout to make sure they fit what you are looking for.

  • We’re always happy to help with questions before curating!

🎁 Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

💖 Add-Ons

  • Add-ons can be purchased on their own or bundled with packages.

  • Only the “Make it a Gift” add-on must be purchased with a physical package.

  • Items like our Surprise Concert Survival Kit, Saranghae Snacks, and Fancam Flawless Beauty Kit ship separately if ordered alone and will be subject to shipping fees.
